​Protos Verdejo is a fresh and balanced white wine produced by Bodegas Protos in the Rueda region of Spain, crafted from 100% Verdejo grapes sourced from vineyards over 15 years old. ​

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish hues, indicating its youth. ​

• Aroma: Intense fruitiness with notes of green apple, citrus, tropical fruits, white flowers, and hints of fragrant herbs and fennel.

• Palate: Very fresh with good acidity, flavorful, fruity, well-balanced, complex, with a long finish and a slightly bitter aftertaste. ​
